Your data is protected. Here's how.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

Conexión Laboral del Bajío S.A. de C.V. (CLB), with address in Querétaro, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. What data do we collect?

For your onboarding process we collect:

  • Identification data: name, date of birth, voter ID (INE), CURP, photo.
  • Contact data: email, phone, address.
  • Tax data: RFC and Tax Status Certificate (CSF).
  • IMSS data: Social Security Number (NSS).
  • Health data: pre-employment medical questionnaire (allergies, conditions, medications). Processed under express consent per art. 9 LFPDPPP.
  • Emergency contacts: name, relationship and phone.

3. How do we use your data?

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Evaluate your application and formalize your hiring.
  • Process your registration with IMSS, INFONAVIT and labor authorities.
  • Calculate and pay your salary, taxes and benefits.
  • Assign housing and transportation if applicable.
  • Provide mandatory and optional training.
  • Communicate shift changes, announcements and answer your questions.

4. Do we share your data?

We share your data only with: (a) the client company you'll collaborate with, (b) Mexican tax and labor authorities, and (c) technology providers that help us run the platform, all under confidentiality clauses. We do not sell your data.

5. Your ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition over your personal data at any time, as well as revoke your consent. Write to [email protected] with a copy of your ID. We'll respond within the 20 business days required by law.

6. Notice updates

We'll notify you of substantial changes via the app and email. The current version is always at sistema.clbajio.com/colabora/privacidad.
