How do I use Colaborando?

Download the app and register with your email or phone · then you can browse manufacturing jobs in the Bajío region of Mexico (Querétaro, Guanajuato and surrounding areas) and apply directly. If your employer gave you a company code, enter it in the next registration step to link your account and start onboarding. If you don't have a code yet and think you should, email us at [email protected] with your full name and the company you'll work for.

I'm not receiving the email or SMS code.

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it hasn't arrived after 5 minutes, go back and request a new code. If the problem persists, contact us.

The camera doesn't work when scanning my documents.

Make sure you've granted Colaborando permission to use the camera (Settings → Colaborando → Camera). Clean your device's camera and ensure good lighting. If the problem persists, contact us with your phone's make and model.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the HR team assigned to your process can access your documents. Read our full privacy policy for details.

Can I unsubscribe or delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account and all your data directly from the app: go to Delete my account and follow the steps. Deletion is permanent and immediate under the LFPDPPP. If you have trouble accessing it, you can also email us at [email protected].
